Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Play!
If you enjoy having a a cocktail occasionally, leave your money out of the casino if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your evening bag, your money belt, and leave all money, credit cards and cheques back at the hotel. Take whatever cash you expect to spend on drinks, tipping and whatever pocket change you expect to throw away and keep the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You can experience a win following a drunken night out with your comrades and be lucky sufficiently to catch a marathon roll at a hot craps table. Keep that story because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink and gamble. The two simply don’t mix.
Keeping your cash back at the hotel might be a little drastic, but precautionary measures for dramatic actions is necessary. If you gamble to win, then don’t drink and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a concern, then drink all the gratuitous beer you are able to handle, but don’t take plastic credit and checks to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your bombed brain loses every little thing!
Let me to carry this 1 step more. do not consume alcohol and then head on to the internet to play in your favorite internet casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my apartment, however seeing that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit in close proximity, I can’t drink and bet.
How come? Even though I don’t consume alcohol a lot, once I drink, it is certainly sufficient to blur my common sense. I wager, so I do not drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet when you do. When mixed, both create a ferocious, and crazy, drink.
